The spy genre is gleefully torn apart in this jaw-droppingly goofy action-comedy from Hong Kong's Steven Chow (Shaolin Soccer, Kung Fu Hustle), who wrote, produced, directed and stars in this wild and wacky caper. When a dinosaur skull is stolen, the Chinese government assigns the case to their most incompetent man: Ling Ling Chat (Chow), whose name literally translates as "Zero Zero Seven." With a car full of insane gadgets, our hapless hero dodges assassins in a series of hilarious and zany setpieces, kinetic action sequences and over-the-top stunts that have to be seen to be believed.
