Now in its third year, the RBC Emerging Filmmakers Competition is open to all participants in the 2011 Talent Lab. The filmmakers were asked to develop a 1–5 minute short film on the topic of “time.” Each filmmaker received a bursary donated by RBC to help finance the project.
