SEA MONSTERS 3D: A Prehistoric Adventure
Mondays at 10:30am
May 13–June 24
(no screening May 20)
Everyone knows about dinosaurs, but what about the incredible marine reptiles that populated prehistoric seas? This award-winning 3D film from National Geographic transports students back in time to explore the Earth's underwater ecosystem as it existed during the Cretaceous period, when an extraordinary range of sea life populated the globe's vast ocean waters.
Teachers receive additional educational material to supplement the film.
Join a ROM teacher after the film to learn more about the sea creatures through models and real fossils. Plus, discover what the ancient sea was like in Canada, and some interesting Canadian connections to the paleontologists in the film.
