Licia Eminenti serves as a story editor, creative script advisor, and script development expert for numerous organizations and festivals. Since 2008, she has been involved with the development of thirty scripts and led numerous scriptwriting and pitching workshops around the world. Her work has taken her to the Sarajevo Film Festival, Script East in Poland, the Abu Dhabi Film Festival, Maia Workshops in Geneva, Italy, and Paris Cinema. An accomplished screenwriter and director herself, Eminenti has written and directed three short films: Intimisto (Official Selection, Venice Film Festival, and winner of the Critic’s Award in France for Best Short); La Petite Fille (Selection, Semaine de la Critique du Festival de Cannes); and Fraternitas (presented as part of Brest’s European Panorama). Her script Via Castellana Bandiera (co-written with Emma Dante) is currently in post-production. Prior to her work in script development, Eminenti has worked as the International Sales Manager for Gemini Films, as an expert reader for Arte France Cinema, and as Project Manager for Eurimages, the European co-production fund. A graduate of the University of Florence with a degree in Literature, she was involved in many musical and theatrical productions in both France and Italy, including Arezzo Wave, CineWave, Semaine Dada, Archaos Circus, and the Bottega teatrale dell'attore.
