Reel Talk

Reel Talk is the popular Sunday morning subscription series showcasing the best films from around the world. Part of the fun is the surprise: titles are not announced ahead of time, and many of the screenings are previews of films not yet released.

At all Reel Talk events you will enjoy a choice of programming streams, complimentary coffee, tea and pastries before the screening, and thought-provoking post-film discussions led by a critic, academic or expert.

Reel Talk: Sneak Preview will be hosted by Jesse Wente, Director of Film Programmes at TIFF, and Magali Simard, Manager of Film Programmes.

Reel Talk: Contemporary World Cinema will be hosted by Cameron Bailey, Artistic Director of the Toronto International Film Festival and new host Jane Schoettle, long-time Toronto International Film Festival Programmer.

Next season begins in October 2015. Click the links below to learn more about Contemporary World Cinema and Sneak Preview.

2014-2015 subscribers can renew in person or over the phone. Packages will go on sale for new subscribers starting in summer 2015.
